PLEASE BE AWARE : Right now to use this app to call the taxi from Koh Samui Airport arrival terminal is not comfortable anymore. The problem is, there is the conflict between the taxi counter at the airport Meeting Point and the drivers of NaviGo. Once the taxi driver from the counter punched the face to the app's driver and they will chase away all of the app's driver, and this problem is never can be solved.
We used to suggest the customers to walk to departure terminal and use the App there. But also still have the problem that someone from taxi counter will go to harass.
Even we suggested customers to walk until outside the airport to the Family Mart at the front of arrival terminal. Still have the person from taxi counter came to force the customers to change to be their car with aggressive behavior.
If this is difficult for you to use this App. We suggest you to use another company service instead, transfer rate is on the table on this link , you can book online in the form of the website, then get the confirmation in your email and you can pay the driver on the service date. If you book in advance on the website like this the driver can show your name at the Meeting Point without any problem.
By the way, to use this App to call the taxi from your hotel to Koh Samui airport is no problem at all. (Just the problem only picking up from Samui airport area to your hotel.)

Instructions
1. Download NaviGo Samui App from Play Store
(For Free).
2. Sign-up for an account (one-time registration). Register with your E-mail Then you will get the link in your E-mail to activate the application. Then log in again in the application with your E-mail and password for this application that you have set it before. (Not the password of your E-mail)
3. NaviGo Samui will detect your location and sets
it in the Pick-up location.
4. Select your Drop-off location.
5. At Promo Code on the second page put #blanco to get 20% at the first ride. Confirm Booking. And wait for your NaviGo

When you start the program (after install and register), it will show this page, Normally it will detect the place where you are automatically.
Then you have to chose the place where you want to go.

Koh Madsum (Pigs Island) is the small island where locates south of Koh Samui and nearby Koh Taen.
